If I had video of Tony Blair bumming a goat ....

.... and I showed it on TV, he could hardly do me for libel. They showed nothing that really implicated anything going on that programme. They are suggesting that they have better footage - well they'd have been better putting it in or showing nothing as the program was a complete waste of time and money.
