I agree totally

but until they do we don't have the money (or need) to get decent replacements so we aren't in a position to splash the cash. If we buy costly replacements on the assumption they'll go it will weaken our position re price negotiation as everyone will know we need to sell. So sales will have to come first. And I think Jonson will be fine at this level.
