while someone he actually wants goes somewhere else. If he hasn't made a bid for someone (we can afford) yet it means he doesn't want them. So we haven't "missed out" on anyone. We've all seen his quote that he wants to get a player in to replace everyone we've lost so I'm sure he's being very active. Its still only June - I reckon only about 10% (tops) of the summer's transfer activity in the country has taken place yet.
