There is a promotion relegation pattern developing over the past few seasons

Teams that played hoof ball to get themselves out of the championship, and managed to get out of teh division quite easily, then continued with inept tactics in the premier league, have recently been coming straight back down.

West Brom (First Time around)
West Brom (2nd time around after lucky first escape)
Norwich
Palace
Sunderland
Sheff Utd (My prediction anyway!!!)

Teams that played proper football in the championship, took a few years to get out of the division and usually got promoted via play offs or 2nd place, but continued their good football in the Prem and adapted to life well and stayed up.

West Ham
Wigan
Reading (My prediction anyway!)
