why??

we all know it goes on, with or without this programme. For me, the fact that already ridiculously overpiad people take backhanders is less of a problem in terms of my enjoyment (yes, it's grubby, but I've never been particularly enamoured of the people involved in football) than the way the distribution of money in the game is making it a closed shop where the same clubs are guaranteed success and nothing much unpredictable ever happens.
