Step one: Use transfer windows to buy players
Step two: Make sure we have more than 11 players in the squad
Step three: Tell them to do their own thing and don't interfere.

Step 4: Introduce a texting system so fas can vote in the game for who should be taken off and subbed on. That way, the people who are watching the game should pick the right ones!
