Its time we acted

while Delia and the board still see every seat taken on a Saturday afternoon they won't do anything
If people refused to take their seats till 3'O clock the police would be forced to postpone the start on the grounds of safety ,that would make the sports news then the national media would be interested then pressure would come to bear on the board ,I can gaurente you by the third time if it could be made to happen you would have every sports writer from London at carrow road
