Anyone with it enough able to answer a techie type question?..

...why does MSN keep telling me it's unavailable when it clearly is working for others? The MSN status reports say that's its fine so what's that all about? I've done the troubleshoot thing it suggest as well and that's done f**k all too - any sugestions? Uninstall? Stick a cucumber up my arse?..
