How the f**k could someone go out and do that knowing full well they're gonna ruin someones life?? It looks worryingly premeditated to me as well :-s

Thats by a very busy road, while it's still light, what an absolute bastard. I definitely couldn't be a policeman! If I ever got my hands on someone who'd done that I couldnt trust myself not to do some serious damage, it makes me sick.

It coulda been my gf or one of her housemates has they have been known to walk around there at that time of day, it's a safe open park....

it makes me soooooo angry
