Worthy Not the Only Problem

although certainly he is a big one. The players have little confidence especially away but that's on them. If youre a professional footballer I don't want to hear about fkn lack of confidence. Confidence is required to be a professional athlete. You shouldn't have to have a manager instill it in you.
The fans also can't keep complaining about Delia calling us little old Norwich but then on the same hand saying you want to keep her as head of the Board. For this club to fulfill its obvious big club potential I think its going to have to be without Delia.
The scouting and Academy are a disaster. Scrap the Academy and go back to scouting the country including more players on the fringe of Premier teams such as Croft.
In conclusion this entire club is underachieving in all areas other than fan support. The fans really deserve so much better.
