Yes, having a cleaner who has come from serious poverty is definitely a bonus

They are pleased to have a job, think the money is good and are accustomed to hard work. Their children, or their grandchildren at any rate, will have been brought up here, will expect more, and thus will have all the attributes of your native Dutch and my native Sarf Lunnon cleaners - ie lazy and unreliable.
