NCFC do not know how to kill games off full stop last night reminded me of

Rotherham Away 3 seasons ago winning at half time v 10 men, only to allow them to take the lead & for us to equalise in the last minute.

Man City at home 2-0 up & lost
Blackburn at home 1-0 up & drew v 10 men.
Palace away 3-3 after being 3-1 up
Soton away lost 4-3 after being in the lead.

I am sure that there are many more instances of this, but can't remember off the top of my head.

We concede goals when any kind of pressure is put on & this is historic over the last few seasons. Is it players or tactics?
