I've had no reason to use customer service with Nildram.

So I can't comment on that.

However, the fact that I've never needed to call customer service in over 2 years should show that they're a bloody excellent ISP.

Download rates are constant at 260kb/s, I usually ping the lowest on online games, even compared to the Dutch with their 10mb T1 lines.

Overall, I think they're great.
