When something goes wrong (giving away 2 goal leads, endless hoofball etc) it's always because the players haven't followed his instructions.
This is so common I can't help but ask "what is the point of a manager who so frequently can't get players to follow his instructions?" I mean you could be the most brilliant tactician ever (and I think we are agreed Worthy is not that) but it would still be rather pointless if you can't get players to do what you say.
