One draw doesn't catapult you down the tables

And it wasn't so long ago we lost to Northern Ireland. We are fourth in the world despite having been beaten by Portugal in two major championships and having only beaten Macedonia by a single goal.

Italy on the other hand have beaten every single nation to win the World Cup, and have since lost to France and Lithuania.

I don't doubt that Italy aren't the best team in the world; but they're a damn sight better than we are.
