It was not the subs fault but i my opinion the selection of substitutions made. We needed an experienced head and Southend were putting us under pressure with a lot of high balls. Fleming was on the bench with bags of experience and able to cope with aerial bombardments so why not use him.

I actually feel sorry for Henderson. I'm not convinced that he is good enough but the fact is he came through the youth team as a striker and as we have done with a number of players in the past are playing him out of position.
