Betfair says:

Southend: back 2.72 lay 2.74 oddschecker bookies odds 2.7
Norwich: back 2.88 lay 2.9 oddschecker bookies odds 2.75
Draw: back 3.45 lay 3.5 oddschecker bookies odds 3.25

What is the way to make money out of this sit-you-ation?

I can see that backing on Betfair gets me better odds than the online bookies, but have read that the money is really to be made laying favourites (like what the bookies do weekinweekout).

Does it ultimately boil down to your gut feel or is there a clever way to play a sit-you-ation like the above?
