get the sky+ there is no comparsion - so easy to use, plus you can then watch things late if you are on the phone, busy etc. You can copy films, footie matches onto a DVD recorder at a later date. The box records up to 20hrs of programme at a time, the upgraded one at ?250 does 80 hrs so I am told.
