but it's the format of the qualifying that bothers me more

There's now 1 spot for the Oceanic Group, meaning Austrailia will qualfy for every world in history, cos everyone knows they can beat the solomon islands. I bet San Marino could give them a game

This is why the idea of andorra qualify with the likes of san marino would be a good idea but worldwide

The argument then would be "but monserrat can't afford to get to san marino and would have to pull out of the game", haha so?
