Any Oracle DBAs around who can tell me why a full table scan on a joined table containing over 9 million rows and has a perfectly adequate index, but has not been analyzed since March is NOT a problem?

If so, I'll pass your answer on to the useless f**king c**t at work who told me much the same earlier ...
