I was often seen on British television

hosting a European show called Going for Gold, where no one won any gold, just some rubbish holiday to Pontins.

Contestants would come from all over Europe, and in most cases wouldn't speak very good English at all. Therefore being from Britain, it was practically as easy putting a wig on and everyone knowing you were wearing a wig.
