If you have the cash stick ?275 on the Miami Dolphins at Victor Chandler at 10/11 (possible ?250.25 profit on this bit)

If the Steelers win, you make ?527.80 and lose ?275 = ?252.80 profit
If the Dolphins win, you make ?250.25, and you'll get the Mansion money back = ?250.25 profit

Now, if it's a draw is the only problem, as you get your money back on both sides of the bet for no profit. This is very unlikely, if after 60 minutes it's a draw, they go into 30 minutes overtime where it's sudden death, the first team to win a point wins. It's unlikely they'll go through overtime without anybody scoring, so unlikely nobody prices it up.
