Ignore the C# bit.

Mostly the difference between C# and the other .Net languages is syntax only. And then, bits like My in VB can be done in C# by referencing Microsoft.VisualBasic.Devices.

Firstly, how's your OO programming and design? That's where i'd go first. Look at understanding OO methodologies, with particular reference to the Gang of Four's Design Patterns.

Then i'd consider .Net, separate of ASP.Net. For that, I don't think you can get much better than Charles Petzold.

Then consider Asp.Net.
