Even though I'm not that bothered cos he would have been a back up it looks as though Ips**te have beat us to Parkins signature. A couple of years ago we lost out to West Brom for Hulses signature cos we couldn't compete with them financially. So why are we losing out to a skint club when surely we are in the position the baggies were 2 years ago especially as it sounds as if we didn't match Swindons valuation.
