Seriuosly, though, it isn't that simple. I'm sure they'd love to see us established in the Prem as much as you but we have to work within the financial situation as it is - we can't just spend, spend, spend money we don't have. Our best bet is to maximize the value we get for teh money we do spend. And that means not being ripped off and not panic buying.
