Ref small squads

In Sunday football I always prefered to turn up with bare 11 so you didn't have to worry about who to bring off/put on the bench and so no-one got pissed off.

Maybe we're just adopting the Sunday League philosophy of squad happiness! And you can always give someone a ring on a Saturday morning and ask them to bring their kit along cos they might get on the bench!
