It's nice to get this inside info but I can't help but think a lot of it is all about embroidering the truth to keep the fans onside.

I wouldn't be surprised if the McKenzie bust-up has been over hyped to take some of the pressure off the club for their lack of signings. It?s easier for the club to deflect any criticism on to an ex-player than take the flack themselves.
