if Earnie get injured we splash it on a loan player

the further you get into teh season the more players realise they aren't going to get in their Prem team and are happier to go out on loan.

The need to switch to 4-4-2 is my main concern, but that is only likely to happen DURING a game (doubt we're going to chage the way we're set up as a starting tactic) so it only involves one-off emergency 2nd half subs. I reckon the players we have are up to that. Not long-term but that'll only happen if we suffer bad injuries (see tha above point re loans)
