BLiar's wish to target young children

as potential trouble makers, offer the families concerned support (at our expense) and if they refuse it remove benefits and eventually the children themselves is unworkable.

I offer a much simpler solution:

Anyone earning an ASBO who is of fertile age to be forcibly sterilised.

Any girl/woman having two babies whilst unable to support them without the aid of the state (housing and benefits) to be forcibly sterilised.

Any boy/man identified as fathering these children without taking full responsibility for them to be forcibly sterilised.

That way the buggers will become extinct over time and as a nation we'll be morally and financially stronger. They do it with insect pests, why not human pests?
