I agree - a lot of drama-queening going on. Yes, we've missed out but, as you say, with

team now more focussed, playing well and with confidence high, we move on and deal with it.

It sounds as if Leon was determined to leave and wasn't happy here, we don't need any disruptive influences whilst the team spirit is so good.
