I saw the word 'swap' somewhere

and why on earth would they voluntarily relinquish a home fixture? Doubt their season ticket holders would be too chuffed. They would never request that. If they were requesting that there is NO WAY we would turn it down, so all that stuff about them 'finding an alternative venue' would be irrelevant. Why does ANYONE think they are trying to relinquish a home game??????
