Loan Signings....

Do I understand it right that ONLY season long lones can be made at this time and that the mini-loans of three months can only be made four weeks after transfer window closes?

anyway my reading is that we won't make any signings but if things are going reasonably well... as in the promo season... then we can expect some loanees coming in to boost the push... as happened with Hucks and Crouch.
Obviously with money at a premium this would seem a reasonable strategy.
