Agree to a certain extent

but at least 10 seperate players could say the same, or something similair to him over the course of the game, so what does he do send them all off?

Swearing AT the ref eg calling him names such as useless w**ker or c**t should be a sending off, but saying "come on ref that was a f**king s**t decision" should be a yellow tops as you are not directly swearing at him
