Not sure I agree with that......
This league can be won by making sure you beat the weaker sides and not slipping up there.
Sure, we can't lose every game against the decent sides but an average record there can be more than made up for by a good record against the other sides.

- 1yeh we did that in 03/04 but that went some way to us getting fucked in the Prem
