Lost his influence over the players? ;-)

There simply isn't a cut and dry answer to why we're playing so well this season and why we were so shocking last.

There's obviously been a change in approach by the manager, the coaching staff and the players.

The manager has seen that the coaching staff needed refreshing and Martin Hunter appears to have the right approach to the game.

The players and manager have taken on board the new coach's ideas and therefore deserve some credit.

However, players like Dickson, coming in two weeks early to get their fitness up also deserve credit.

All in all, there appears to have been a total change in attitude within the club, and it's a very very very welcome change.

However, we mustn't let complacency come in, we need to keep it up and remember what our goal is - Promotion.
