slightly unfair comparison there

the five games in 2003 were played without the new arrivals that transformed that season, especially Hucks.

This team is potentially much better (I'd like a decent big striker just to give us another dimension for those times when we WILL need it) but I doubt it will get as much luck as the 2003/4 team so it will have to be better to make up for that. Quality of football so far is way higher.
