Great coaches do not necessarily make great managers!

Its a whole new ball game! If it aint broke at the moment then lets not try and fix it!

It seems like Worthy has taken a step back from the training ground and is becoming for of an "overloooker" really, he is becoming more of a manager and Hunter is looking after the coaching side.
