I needed a car fora couple of days and Enterprise were not very enterprising so I ran (RAN) all the way from there to Nodge airport and elected for Europcar and told them I was in a hurry and the woman filled all the data for a car they didnt have, then did the same for one that was "blocked" as it was for sale and then another blocked one. After about half an hour they managed to give me the keys to one that wasn't in the carpark as they told me and when I finally got them to find it I drove off to find it only half full of fuel. Customer service second to all.
