Definitely a pen but I thought the red was harsh and I was very pleased Youssef got away without a booking for that challenge.

Glad Worthy's post-match comments were (for once) unspun and honest - in all the euphoria, I agree with him that the second half of the first half wasn't good enough.

Boy did I have a smile on my face when I went to sleep though - that was the best I've seen Norwich play in a very long time.
