I think it's confidence too though

He's scored a few goals at this level from midfield, something that Holt never did. He's a lot faster and certainly far more versatile than Holt and I don't think his passing is as bad as everyone thinks. I also remember him setting up at least a couple of goals last year. He's definately got to 'earn the right to play' though :)
