Decent

I don't think it's unreasonable at all.
I'm not far off handing my notice in at work, as I fancy a complete change. However the current training I'm doing for a new member of staff is quite possibly the best i've ever done.
Just cause he wants a move for career reasons doesn't mean he is automatically an arse and doesn't care about the club anymore.
I'm a bit surprised we didn't takethe cov offer, but then we are pretty damn short of numbers so we can't really afford to let him go.
