He hasnt exactly shown worthy up so far though has he

He has got a record of something like 1 in 4 at league level for Barnsley and Scunthorpe at a lower level to us.

Worthy got rid cos no doubt he didnt think he would make it, and couldnt justify giving him a contract in the hope that in 5 years he would be good enough.

Hayes is a reasonable lower level forward, but hasnt done anything to show that he is good enough for a team with premiership ambitions.

Put it this way if we went out and bought him, i dont think any of the fans would be that happy
