Yes. I agree with all of that and I remain, and always will, a

totally devoted City fan,(First game April 1970). There have been times when we were struggling in the top flight (not just 2 seasons ago but many years before) when I have wished for a bit more of a party atmosphere in the league below. There have been times (Hamilton era especially) when I have been very dejected. But no party for winning the Championship compares with how it felt when we won in Munich or at Old Trafford or Anfield or 5-1 at Goodison.
