Hunter and tactics

I can remember watching some England U19/U20 games involving Hendo and Jarvis (though not in the same team) and they both played as a lone striker in the same system that we are currently playing.

Does anyone know if Hunter was coaching those teams? If so, that would be the clearest indication yet that it's Hunter who's choosing the tactics and dictating the way we play these days.
