But I can't figure out what can transform us from play off hopefuls to play off certainties.

We were certainly better than Derby last weekend. Our wingers were forceful and enterprising and I think we were unlucky not to win. But we are lacking something which would transform us from hopefuls to real contenders - and yet I can't figure what! Any ideas?
