That means its 23 years since I waited for that self same brown envelope...

Remember opening it, got what I needed for Uni, gave my Dad a hug, and cycled off to mow the lawns at Brancaster Staithe sailing club, part of my 'summer of 83' lawn cutting empire....

Certainly never got the media publicity then that it does now...
