Does Fleming get win bonuses for playing?

If so, I thought the whole arguement about not signing Sutton is based on the fact that we shouldn't just bring players back because they used to play for us and they fancy a retirement contract

If so, why are we doing Fleming favours, when football isn't a romance of loyalty?
