Agree with most of it. Worthingtons strengths seem to be in motivating the players and getting their confidence up like in the play-off and promotion seasons (although you wouldn't think that from last season). The preseason seems to have worked in this respect.
Trouble is that he is Ok when he has a fully fit squad, but when you get a few injuries and he has to change things, he tends to mess it up and the playing people out of postion and tactical mistakes come in, and the poor quality of the back-up players is exposed.
Better hope they all stay fit then.
