British deaths are worth more on the Atrocity Scale than anyone elses

The order is as follows:
- English
- British
- American
- Non-British, non-French European
- Eastern Europe
- Anyone else who's white
- Israeli
- French (grudgingly)

Others count for nothing and probably asked for it anyway unless somehow it suits our interests to make a big deal about it
