Beware smokescreen re club finances

Did Mr Doncaster mention anything about the ?1m+ we collected re the hotel deal. Then at the 31st May 2005 the Annual Report (Accounts) showed that just under ?2.6m was due to the club re the land deal (behind the River End) - did he mention that ?
